About Us

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion—an unwavering belief that when people are equipped with the right tools, success naturally follows.

In today’s competitive world, securing the perfect job or gaining admission to a highly sought-after program requires more than just ambition—it demands the right strategy, skills, and resources.  Recognizing this,  Anne and Sheila have dedicated themselves to guiding individuals on their paths to success. With years of experience working alongside peers, colleagues, and students, they have helped countless individuals refine their approach, build their confidence, and achieve their goals. Their commitment to guidance and support continues to empower others to take the next step in their educational and professional journeys.

Meet our Founders

Sheila Thomas

Sheila has studied and worked across three continents, bringing the richness of her global experiences into everything she does. From India to Zambia to Canada, she now lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with her husband, Mohan, and their beloved dog, Barney. They have two sons and three grandchildren.

An International Baccalaureate (IB) educator by training, Sheila transitioned into school administration over 25 years ago. Since then, she has held senior leadership roles in international and independent schools in both Zambia and Canada. Most recently, she retired from her position as Head of the Upper School at an IB school in Richmond Hill.

As a Principal, Sheila naturally embraced mentorship—supporting young educators in their professional growth and inspiring them to pursue excellence. She also worked closely with students and their families, guiding them through their educational journeys with compassion and insight.

With her extensive background in international education, Sheila has developed a deep understanding of global educational systems and university admission requirements. Her knowledge spans curricula such as the IB, British and Canadian systems, allowing her to effectively guide students in preparing for post-secondary education both locally and abroad.

For Sheila, the ability to help others unlock their full potential has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her career. She takes great satisfaction in guiding and empowering others and looks forward to continuing this meaningful work in new ways.
